Contrast agent manufacturer Guerbet has obtained the CE Mark for its transarterial chemoembolization mixing and injection system, Vectorio.
The system is designed for mixing and delivering Lipiodol Ultra Fluid and anticancer drugs during transarterial chemoembolization procedures in adults with intermediate-stage hepatocellular carcinoma.
The company plans to begin marketing Vectorio in Europe this fall, it said.
