German medical software developer CompuGroup Medical is reportedly no longer interesting in acquiring Agfa-Gevaert, the parent company of Agfa HealthCare.
A report published December 1 by Reuters stated that CompuGroup had ended its discussions with Agfa over a potential acquisition. Reuters had reported in November that the two companies had been discussing a deal.
Reuters said the companies did not provide a reason for why the talks were shelved.
