LONDON - Philips Healthcare has appointed Duncan Porter, the company's director of field marketing radiology for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), to lead a new image-guided therapy (IGT) venture.
He is due to start his new role on 1 September 2015, he told AuntMinnieEurope.com at this week's European Society of Cardiology (ESC) meeting.
Porter's job title will be senior director venture manager, IGT business incubation, and the new division will be part of Philips' Image Guided Therapy Systems.
