Image management software developer BridgeHead Software has received an order for its HealthStore vendor-neutral archive (VNA) software from North Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service (NHS) Trust in the U.K.
The north London hospital will use HealthStore to assist in the long-term storage, protection, and sharing of radiology images following its exit from national PACS contracts, according to the vendor. HealthStore will be deployed alongside the hospital's electronic document management system to create an enterprise-wide data repository.
