The European Coordination Committee of the Radiological, Electromedical, and Healthcare IT Industry (COCIR) has appointed Joost Leeflang as its new president.
Leeflang replaces Kevin Haydon, who plans to step down at the end of this month.
Leeflang was recently appointed as senior vice president and business leader for diagnostic imaging at Philips Healthcare. He has served at the company for 20 years, holding positions in the Netherlands, Ukraine, and Russia and as CEO in Central and Eastern Europe.
