Radiation oncology firm Elekta said Uppsala University Hospital in Sweden is the first clinic in Scandinavia to begin treating cancer patients using radiotherapy systems equipped with its Agility 160-leaf multileaf collimator.
The hospital first began treating patients with one Agility-equipped Synergy system last October and launched a second system in February, Elekta said.
