Agfa HealthCare plans to launch the latest version of its Impax for nuclear medicine package at the upcoming 2012 meeting of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) in Milan, which is due to run from 27 to 31 October.
The new version brings together images and data from various modalities and departments into one IT platform, according to the firm. Users can process, read, and report nuclear medicine, SPECT, PET, and multimodality images on one workstation.
The package includes Oasis, which Agfa developed in cooperation with Segami. Oasis adds a nuclear medicine image processing and viewing platform to the Impax workstation, according to the vendor.
