U.K. artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Brainomix has appointed Melissa Strange as chief financial officer (CFO), and Jérôme Galbrun, PhD, as chief revenue officer.
Strange comes to Brainomix from Closed Loop Medicine, where she was CFO. Meanwhile, Galbrun joins the company after serving as senior director at Philips, where he also held positions such as lead for global sales and business development in the company's electronic medical record and care management business unit. He was also global head of marketing for Philips' advanced visualization offering.
Brainomix said it has nearly doubled its overall team in the last six months, adding new software engineers, clinical specialists, and program managers to support expansion into new markets and new therapeutic indications such as lung fibrosis and cancer. Future appointments are also expected by the end of 2022.
