U.K. artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Brainomix plans to collaborate with the National Consortium of Intelligent Medical Imaging (NCIMI) on a 12-month project to validate its automated cancer tracking tool, e-ACT.
e-ACT is an AI-based tool that tracks disease progression and response in lung cancer patients and compares its performance to radiologist readers. The project will also include three National Health Service (NHS) cancer centers in Truro, Bath, and Leeds, and will include CT and clinical data from 200 patients, the company said.
