Brainomix was recently awarded a nationwide tender in Hungary for its e-Stroke platform, an artificial intelligence (AI) stroke imaging software application.
The company was awarded following a competitive process, with the five-year program funded under the EU4Health program.
The e-Stroke software will be installed in 10 hospitals around the Hungarian city of Pécs as part of a National Institute for Health Development initiative to improve stroke care. The company said this will also allow for e-Stroke to be deployed across the remaining 28 stroke centers in Hungary's national healthcare system.
Brainomix in 2021 was awarded a national tender for 17 of Poland's largest comprehensive stroke centers. In the U.K., Brainomix won a National Health Trust (NHS) Artificial Intelligence in Health and Care Award to deploy e-Stroke across a number of U.K. stroke networks and evaluate its impact on stroke care across NHS regions.
