Japanese display provider Totoku has introduced a new widescreen display suitable for imaging applications.
Jointly developed by Totoku and electronic company JVCKenwood, GD-W213L is a 21.5-inch widescreen LCD/LED monitor with resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. It features a 16:9 aspect ratio, a contrast ratio of 1,000:1, a LED backlight brightness of 250 cd/m², and an antireflective screen, according to the company.
It also includes an integrated power supply, a range of inputs, and a multilingual menu that supports German, English, French, Spanish, and Japanese, according to the company. In addition, the display comes with a DICOM preset to ensure accurate reproduction of images, Totoku said.
