Agfa HealthCare is planning to exhibit new products and an expanded portfolio of digital radiography (DR) and imaging informatics systems at the forthcoming Journées Françaises de Radiologie (JFR), held 21 to 25 October in Paris.
The company will highlight its range of DR and computed radiography systems, including the DX-D 800 digital x-ray room. The room is fitted with a dynamic, portable, and removable flat-panel detector, and features a multipurpose system combining fluoroscopy and radiography, including full leg/full spine with automatic image stitching. The room's remote controlled table position is programmed in each anatomic protocol.
Among the imaging informatics systems being showcased, Agfa is introducing a new Impax system for business intelligence. This work-in-progress system uses the Impax for Business Intelligence Data Warehouse to provide historical, current, and predictive views of operations. Real-time dashboards, management reports, and ad-hoc queries are available in a single Web browser.
A new update to Impax Reporting includes extended addendum workflows, and customizable templates, together with on-the-fly personalization of standard texts. Agfa will also show the latest version of Xero for Impax, a work-in-progress image and report viewer.
