It's been a torrid time for congress organizers since the European Society of Radiology had to abandon ECR 2020, but now in-person conferences really do seem to be back.

This week's 104th German Congress of Radiology, RöKo 2023, has been a roaring success. Over 4,000 attendees have registered onsite, and everybody agrees the mood has been extremely positive. Don't miss our report on the opening day of the meeting. You'll find it in the Women's Imaging Community.

In a second article about RöKo 2023, Prof. Jörg Debatin shares his latest thoughts on artificial intelligence. His perspective is particularly interesting, given the senior posts he has held in radiology, industry, and government.

Fundamental questions remain about the scale, approach, and pace of implementation of lung cancer screening, and this is having a major impact on the global CT market, according to analyst Matthew Watson. He's studied the topic carefully over recent months, and he's summarized his findings in the CT Community.

O-RADS MRI is a scoring system that characterizes adnexal masses found on imaging and assessing risk. A French-led group of authors has provided a succinct summary of the pros and cons of the scoring system.
