The German Röntgen Society (DRG) has released episode 6 in its RADiversum series of podcasts on diversity in radiology.
In episode 6, Prof. Dr. Bettina Baessler talks to Sarah Pierenkemper of the German Competence Center for Skilled Workers (KOFA) and incoming DRG president Prof. Dr. Konstantin Nikolaou about topics such as the following:
- What a welcoming culture means to colleagues with an international background
- The activities and work of the DRG
- How to build a diverse and powerful team
Baessler, who is professor of clinical radiology at University Hospital Würzburg, won a 2022 EuroMinnies Award in the category of Most Effective Radiology Educator, announced on 17 February.
