The German section of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (DS-ISMRM) and the German Radiological Society (DRG) have announced plans to collaborate on a series of lectures.

The project will start as part of the recordings of the 22nd doctoral training course of the DS-ISMRM. It will explore topics like when an MRI, CT, and ultrasound scan should be completed, and diffusion-weighted imaging and contrast-enhanced perfusion imaging will be examined. Radiologists also will speak about the importance of MRI in diagnostic areas, including the prostate and musculoskeletal regions.

Through the partnership, DS-ISMRM will use the infrastructure of DRG's learning platform, Conrad, to make online learning content, such as lecture recordings, accessible to its members. Also, members of the DRG/VMTB can access this content for free through their Conrad membership, according to the DRG.

Full details are available on the DRG website.
