The European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) has established the Women's Empowerment initiative under the leadership of Dr. Laura Evangelista, PhD, a nuclear medicine physician at the Veneto Institute of Oncology in Padova, Italy.
The new body comprises a 10-person task force. It met for the first time on 6 July, and more information about its work will be shared in the future, according to the EANM's latest newsletter for members.
