Medica Group and Integral Diagnostics are teaming up on a new teleradiology joint venture called MedX that will cover Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., and Ireland.
Medica Group, which is based in Hastings, U.K., currently provides teleradiology services in the U.K. and Ireland, while Integral Diagnostics of Melbourne is a medical imaging provider in Australia and New Zealand. The new MedX venture will operate across the four markets, with out-of-hours reporting services, the companies said in a statement.
MedX may also expand into new global markets in the future.
