Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI), a joint initiative between the U.K. Royal College of Radiologists and College of Radiographers, will undergo an external review this year, led by the Quality Review Service (QRS).
QSI establishes national quality standards for the provision of all diagnostic imaging. The standards were last updated in 2017; they are reevaluated every three to four years, according to a press release issued on 27 January.
This spring, QRS will invite the imaging community to share feedback on a draft revision of the standards. The updated document will be released in late 2021.
