Fujifilm has introduced its Synapse Dose 2.0 system to monitor and manage patient radiation exposure across different imaging modalities.
Synapse Dose 2.0 provides comprehensive patient dosimetric history and departmental data. It features alert systems and dose reports to help manage dosimetric levels as well as provides multiple dashboards to track key performance, measure productivity, and record quality assurance.
The software also automatically analyzes large data sets from DICOM images. It was developed using HTML 5 and includes a new, user-friendly interface.
Synapse Dose 2.0 can be used either on its own or in combination with Fujifilm's Synapse suite. It complies with the European Union Directive 2013/59/EURATOM, Fujifilm noted.
