Canon buys Dutch software firm Fysicon

Canon Medical Systems has acquired Dutch software developer Fysicon.

A hardware and software developer, Fysicon's product offerings include its Qmapp hemodynamic monitoring system, DataLinQ integration platform, and Evocs cloud-based image distribution software.

Fysicon was founded in 1996 and has approximately 40 employees. The company is headquartered in Oss, the Netherlands, and has a subsidiary in the U.K.
