Nine of the company's Mammomat Inspiration FFDM devices will be installed in eight hospitals this spring and summer.
Six hospitals will receive the units in April. These facilities include St. John's Hospital in Howden, Livingston; Borders General Hospital in Melrose, and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde's Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Western Infirmary, Victoria Infirmary, and Stobhill Hospital.
Of the remaining three units, two will be installed at Western General Hospital in Edinburgh and one at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.
