Intraop scores Belgian order

Intraoperative radiation therapy firm Intraop Medical of Sunnyvale, CA, has received an order for its Mobetron from the Institut Jules Bordet in Brussels, Belgium.

The mobile device is designed to deliver intraoperative electron-beam radiation therapy to a tumor site during cancer surgery. It enables radiation and surgical oncologists to pinpoint the optimal site for radiation and deliver an effective dose during surgery.
