Image display firm Barco has finalized its acquisition of Italian display provider FIMI from Philips Healthcare.
The Kortrijk, Belgium-based vendor paid 19 million euros ($27.4 million U.S.) at closing, with an additional earn-out of 10 million euros ($14.4 million U.S.) payable over the next five years. FIMI of Saronno is a profitable company with an annual sales volume close to 40 million euros ($57.7 million U.S.), according to Barco.
