Agfa wins German Impax contract

Agfa HealthCare has inked a contract with the University Hospital of Bonn for its Impax PACS system, according to the Greenville, SC-based firm.

The project is supported financially by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation, DFG) and includes the delivery, implementation, and integration of Agfa's Impax software into the facility's existing IT infrastructure, as well as Web-based image distribution for the entire hospital, Agfa said.
