VIENNA – As ECR 2024 prepares to draw to a close, one person who has her attention firmly fixed on next year's congress is Prof. Andrea Rockall, who will preside over the meeting, which runs from 26 February to 2 March.
When this year's conference has ended, Rockall, clinical chair of radiology at Imperial College London, will become the first European Society of Radiology (ESR) president to come from the U.K. since Prof. Iain McCall in 2008. In a video interview, she elaborates on her plans and priorities and the emphasis on sustainability. She also speaks about her love of gardening.
