The German Radiological Society (Deutsche Röntgengesellschaft, DRG) and the British Institute of Radiology (BIR) are collaborating on an online educational resource called the BIR World Partner Network.
The goal of the network is to promote radiological imaging and radiation oncology knowledge among radiologists, medical-technical assistants, and medical physicists, the two organizations said. It will include papers, access to webinars, and video content, and will address such topics as the following:
- CT in diffuse interstitial lung disease
- Safety of working patterns among U.K. neuroradiologists
- Trauma in the elderly patient
- The role of radiologists in the emergency department
- Diagnosis of fibrosing lung disease
- 3D printing for musculoskeletal applications
To access the content, DRG members must complete a free registration with the BIR.
