The fifth International Summit Management in Radiology (MIR) will be held in Moscow on 6-7 April.
The Moscow Regional Department of the Russian Society of Radiology and Radiology Research and Practical Center are the organizers of the event.
The organizers intend to provide specialists and healthcare providers with innovative approaches regarding the effective management of diagnostic departments. The program consists of four sessions, based on the Deming cycle, which is a model of continuous process improvement: plan-do-study-act. Speakers will consider management in radiology through this lens.
Experts will discuss several topics: strategic management, strategies for making managerial decisions: radiology department, financial planning, flexible management, and managing team conflicts.
