The European School of Radiology (ESOR) has released additional details about its educational program for 2016, including a series of advanced courses.
Upcoming events include a course on neuroradiology in Warsaw, Poland, from 12 to 14 May, which is designed for radiologists in training looking for a comprehensive and concise review of neuroradiology. Basic neuroanatomy, general disease categories, such as traumatic, infectious, neoplastic, vascular, congenital, and demyelinating diseases of the brain and spine will be covered.
Dublin will host a multimodality course on 19 to 20 May for final-year residents, general radiologists, and general practitioners who want to learn about new applications and optimized protocols in diagnostic imaging.
An advanced course on oncologic imaging will take place on 26 and 27 May in London for senior residents and recently board-certified radiologists. On 2 June and 3 June, there will be a course on imaging of vascular diseases in Suzdal, Russia. The course targets senior residents, subspecialists, and recently board-certified radiologists and will feature imaging of atherosclerosis and vascular diseases.
Then, Moscow will be the site for an advanced course on cardiothoracic cross-sectional imaging on 23 and 24 June. The event will offer insights on cardiac and chest radiology to senior residents and recently board-certified radiologists.
