Italian ultrasound vendor Esaote introduced a new addition to its MyLab line of ultrasound systems, MyLabSeven, at Euroecho, the annual meeting of the European Association of Echocardiography being held this week in Budapest.
MyLabSeven is a high-performance compact cardiovascular ultrasound system. Its high level of mobility is designed to increase productivity in echo labs, according to Esaote.
The new system and MyLabAlpha, introduced at the RSNA 2011 meeting last week in Chicago, includes an advanced vascular package for assessment of intima media thickness and arterial stiffness.
