Siemens Healthineers has named David Wilkins as its new U.K. sales director, replacing Steve Holmes, who is retiring at the end of September after 40 years with the firm.
Wilkens currently serves as regional business manager for MR products, and will bring more than 30 years of experience in medical imaging to his new job, Siemens said.
Wilkins began as a Siemens field service engineer in 1983. Since then, he has served as senior director of sales for ultrasound, and division director for clinical products in northwestern Europe. He is currently responsible for MR in Western Europe and Western Africa.
