Carestream Health has won a contract to supply PACS, archiving, and data exchange tools to a French telehealth center, the company said.
The Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire (GCS) TéléSanté Centre will use Caretream's Vue PACS and Vue Connect platform for its public and private health organizations in the Centre region of France.
The project is supported by the French Ministry of Health (DGOS), the Regional Health Agency (ARS), the Hospital Federation of France, and G4, the professional council of radiology, and will include more than 20 hospitals and imaging centers, Carestream said. It will allow all medical imaging produced in the region to be shared regardless of location.
