GE Healthcare has acquired health and social care consultancy Finnamore. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As result of the transaction, GE Healthcare's U.K. consultancy, formerly Performance Solutions U.K., becomes GE Healthcare Finnamore, adding 70 employees to the entity.
GE Healthcare Finnamore will be based in London and headed by John Deverill, formerly managing director of Finnamore.
GE Healthcare Finnamore will be focused on partnering with the National Health Service (NHS) and other U.K. health and social care providers to help them enhance operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and patient experience.
