Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, U.K., has chosen imaging equipment supplier Xograph Healthcare to replace the x-ray imaging equipment in its accident and emergency department rooms, Xograph said.
The hospital's new digital radiography (DR) system includes the Xograph BuckyStar Intuition general radiography system and a ProOne direct digital dental x-ray imaging system, which will allow instant image viewing in-room, aiding rapid diagnosis and treatment.
Installation of the equipment followed room refurbishment and preparatory work that the company managed as a turnkey project, Xograph said.
