Elekta wins Versa HD install

Radiation oncology firm Elekta has landed a contract with a Swiss hospital for its Versa HD linear accelerator.

HĂ´pital Riviera of Vevey is installing the system in its new radiotherapy clinic, which will begin treating patients in June, according to Elekta. The Swedish vendor launched Versa HD on 1 March.
