PACS vendor Medavis announced it has inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Med.essence to develop artificial intelligence (AI) software to support radiology workflows.
The companies will focus on cloud-based software-as-a-service models for the analysis of user input and medical documentation in natural language. Using live user input as well as existing data, such as medical records, data from information systems, and spoken language, the technology scales with the performance requirements of customers and users, the company reported.
