JVC Kenwood, the multinational electronics company headquartered in Yokohama, Japan, has announced the release of its QA Medivisor Agent software for maintaining the image integrity of its medical monitors.
The software combines the calibration ability of the vendor's Medivisor NX and the quality assurance tools of its QA Medivisor into a single software. This allows users to perform acceptance and constancy tests of all previous JVC monitors and Totoku displays in accordance with the latest German image quality standard for medical displays (DIN 6868-157), the company said.
Quality managers can also store monitor quality data directly onto the PM Medivisor Cloud. This software is able to continuously gather and analyze the data and send status messages about the operational status of medical displays to the appropriate administrator, according to JVC.
