Image display company Barco has opened a new support help desk for customers in Europe.
The Image.Care telephone helpdesk service, which opened 30 January, offers technical assistance to customers in the language of their choice. It will be available to customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K.
The new service follows Barco's recent introduction of its Image.Care e-portal, a 24/7 support helpdesk where customers can post technical questions, create service requests, and track the status of their factory repairs in real-time.
