The Clinical Hospital Center of the Sisters of Mercy in Zagreb, Croatia, has installed a United Imaging uMR Omega 75-cm ultrawide-bore 3-tesla MRI scanner.
The center in Zagreb has a history spanning more than 180 years, making it one of the oldest and largest in the Republic of Croatia, according to a press release issued by United. The center maintains a strong focus on scientific research within the medical sciences and serves as an education hub for students, young doctors, and other healthcare professionals, it noted.
