The U.K. Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is inviting comments on draft guidance produced by the clinical faculty in response to the government's investigation into the failure to communicate unexpected significant findings in radiology reports.
The RCR asks that comments be returned by Friday 13 May. The draft is available on the RCR website.
This guidance was developed in collaboration with a number of Royal Colleges and professional bodies in response to the Health Safety Investigation Branch report into failures of communication or follow-up of unexpected significant radiological findings.
