The Spanish Society of Medical Radiology (SERAM) has launched a competition that will offer radiology residents the opportunity to analyze clinical cases.
The project is part of the SERAM Residents working group. All members of the society who are radiology residents, as well as members of societies affiliated with the Inter-American College of Radiology may participate, SERAM said. The competition will run from October 2021 to April 2022 and will consist of a set of seven monthly sessions that will draw from cardiothoracic, abdominal, neurological, breast, interventional, pediatric, and musculoskeletal radiology.
The grand finale of the competition will be held in May in Malaga at the SERAM 2022 annual meeting, during which the top three teams will compete in a live contest, the society said.
Registration for the competition will begin on 15 September, according to SERAM.
