MIM Software has received the CE Mark for its MAA voxel-based SPECT/CT dosimetry software.
The software is available through MIM's SurePlan LiverY90 product, which provides pre-treatment activity planning, time-saving tools for liver and tumor segmentation, deformable registration, and post-treatment dosimetry. The product is intended for use by interventional radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians treating hepatic tumors with radioactive microspheres, the company said.
The SPECT/CT dosimetry software was designed to allow physicians to quickly calculate doses delivered by microspheres to improve treatment decisions and patient care, MIM said.
