Finnish software developer Combinostics has appointed Richard Hausmann, PhD, as its new CEO, effective 1 June.
He succeeds Lennart Thurfjell, one of Combinostics' founders and the current CEO. Thurfjell will become the chief operating officer.
Hausmann most recently served as president and CEO of Elekta. Before that, he was president and CEO of GE Healthcare's Magnetic Resonance division. Hausmann also spent 20 years in various leadership positions in the medical engineering division of Siemens and worked as the president and CEO of Siemens Limited China.
