Contrast developer Guerbet has named David Hale as its new CEO, effective on 1 January 2020.
Hale has served as the company's chief commercial officer and as a member of the group executive committee since February 2018. He replaces Yves L'Epine, who has served in the position since the end of 2011.
In other company news, Guerbet confirmed that sales have increased more than 3%, with an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin of approximately 14%, despite a temporary halt in production at its Dublin, Ireland facility.
The company added that it expects an EBITDA margin between 14% and 15% in 2020, which would represent a decrease from the goals of its plan going forward to 2023.
