Optical imaging agent developer Edinburgh Molecular Imaging (EM Imaging) has appointed Roy Davis as nonexecutive chairman effective immediately.
John Jeans, who has served as nonexecutive chairman since August 2015, will remain on the board of EM Imaging as a nonexecutive director.
Davis is currently the chairman of teleradiology company Medica Group. He was formerly the CEO of Optos, a retinal imaging manufacturer, from 2008 to 2015 until its sale to Nikon for 351 million euros in 2014; he continues to be an advisor to Nikon.
Davis has more than 30 years of operational expertise and strategic consulting experience.
