Adrian Dixon reflects on 70 years of the U.K. NHS

Dr. Adrian Dixon, emeritus professor of radiology at the University of Cambridge, shared key personal experiences he had with the U.K. National Health Service (NHS) in a recent blog post for the British Institute of Radiology.

Dixon has trained and worked at various NHS hospitals since the 1970s and also received care as a patient at these hospitals on multiple occasions. His post highlights a long list of interactions with NHS, including training at Nottingham General Hospital, working as a research fellow at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, and developing the body CT program for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS radiology departments.
