ECR 2018: Fashion & style in radiology | Vicky Goh on research | Imaging for dementia

Dear AuntMinnieEurope Member,

VIENNA - At a time when Europe is struggling to find a new identity and remain united, ECR 2018 has illustrated perfectly what's really good about the continent: people from many different nations sharing ideas and working together in harmony. Great warmth, spirit, and friendship have been evident throughout the meeting -- despite the decidedly chilly weather.

On the final day of ECR 2018, we've posted two new video clips.

First up is fashion and style. When attending a congress, we've probably all pulled on the same old outfit and hoped nobody notices. Considerable care will go into submitting an abstract or giving a talk, but delegates don't always give much thought to their appearance. For a fresh perspective on congress attire, see our chat with two immaculately groomed attendees.

In our second interview, Dr. Vicky Goh explains about the lessons she's learned about conducting research. Click here to view it.

Also, don't miss our news report about an important survey about dementia imaging by the European Society of Neuroradiology. It shows few neuroradiologists feel comfortable using advanced imaging, structured reports, or visual rating scales. Get the full details here.

Trauma imaging also came under the spotlight on the last day of the congress. To find out more, click here.
