German group issues grant for Röntgen's birthplace

The North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) Foundation in Germany awarded a grant of 75,000 euros to further rebuild the birthplace of Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen.

The funds will be used in an x-ray exhibition on the ground floor of the building. Visitors will be able to see and experience personal items from Röntgen's estate such as furniture, certificates, letters, and photographs.
