GE Healthcare and Konica Minolta Medical Imaging have signed a global distribution agreement for Konica Minolta's AeroDR cassette-sized digital radiography (DR) retrofit.
Having enjoyed a collaborative relationship for nearly 10 years related to the sale of computed radiography in the U.S., the two firms are expanding their alliance, with GE distributing AeroDR in the U.S. and globally (with the exception of Japan), according to GE and Konica Minolta.
Under the terms of the agreement, GE will add the AeroDR panel to its digital x-ray devices, the two companies said.
