Imaging equipment service firm Vivid Imaging has introduced a turnkey MRI coil repair service for European Union customers.
With pricing starting at 4,000 euros (approximately $5,800 U.S.) per coil repair, the program includes coil pickup, coil repair, cosmetic repairs, if necessary, and return shipping, Vivid said. The U.S. company said it repairs all major makes and models of MRI coils, with a typical turnaround time of seven to 14 days.
