Accuray taps Puppo for GM post

Radiation therapy firm Accuray of Sunnyvale, CA, has named Dr. Vittorio Puppo as general manager of the company's EIMEA (Europe, India, Middle East, and Africa) region, effective May 17.

Puppo joins Accuray from healthcare technology firm Covidien of Dublin, Ireland, where he served most recently as the EMEA president of its surgical devices division and EMEA president of its imaging division.
